The black and white portrait is applied to off white linen and then hand stitched onto blue velvet. The embroidery is done entirely by hand in mixed metallic flosses and vintage, metal and Japanese threads.
Finished with a gold sacred heart milagro — a small devotional charm whose name means “miracle.”
